Q1: Can I get one sample? Should I pay for it?
A1: Sample is free. You only have to bear the shipping cost. Sample cost would be refunded as soon as you place the official order.

A2: You are welcome to send the design or sample to us. After the customer's drawings are approved, they can be used for model samples within 5 working days.

Q3: Can I customize the logo?
A3: Yes, we can support OEM customization, or LOGO laser service. If customization is required, please consult customer service, and any questions will be answered within 24 hours.

Q4: How about the delivery time?
A4: Fast delivery, small orders and RTS products can be delivered within 1-15 working days. The delivery time is determined according to the order quantity. It usually takes 40-50 days for large orders.
 
Q5: How to inspect the product during production?
A5: We have QC department to follow raw material and finished inspection. Special inspection instrument in the lab to do necessory test. 3rd party inspection report to be done.

Q6: Do you offer service of signing trade secret protectin contract?
A6: Yes, we sign formal trade secret protection contract with lots of customers, especially to customer's patented design, customized packaging, and other related business information.

Q7: How to deliver goods?
A7: For samples or small orders, we ship them through DHL and other methods, and the transportation time is about 7-12 working days (depending on the specific receiving address). For large orders, the transportation channel is to be negotiated, which usually takes 40-60 days

Q8: What is the payment terms?
A8: You can pay through TT, Paypal, L/C etc.

Q9: Are you a factory or a trading company?
